Routine Screening
ROUTINE SCREENINGS AND EXAMINATIONS
Students in the district are scheduled to receive mandated screening examinations in accordance with the following schedule 1.) Vision Screening : Annually kindergarten through 12th grade 2.) Hearing Screening : Annually kindergarten through 3rd grade, 7th grade and 11th grade 3.) Blood Pressure Screening : 6th grade through 12th grade 4.) Medical Exams due: Kindergarten, 6th grade and 10th grade 5.) Dental Exams due : Kindergarten, 3rd grade and 7th grade 6.) Scoliosis Screening : 6th and 7th gradeLast Modified on August 2016
